On Saturday, April 12th, 2025, at 10 am sharp, the Goose Creek Hikers will visit Loudoun County’s Franklin Park. What a wonderful venue to have amid the rolling hills of the Purcellville countryside. Franklin Park is a regional park in western Loudoun County. Its 203 acres of rolling hills harbor majestic views of the Blue Ridge Mountains. The park opened on July 4, 1998, and offers a wide variety of outdoor activities for any occasions.
We will conduct a 3.5 mile easy hike on the pedestrian Perimeter Trail. Dogs are welcome, provided they are on a leash, and owners clean-up any waste.
Meet in the parking lot on top of the hill across from the theater barn.
